At Connect Homes, we craft architecturally designed homes that break the mould. Our builds are constructed using Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs)—a high-performance system that gives our homes superior strength, energy efficiency, and airtightness. SIPs allow us to push architectural boundaries while delivering warmer, drier, and more sustainable living environments. We chose them because they align with our core philosophy: build smarter, design better, and stand apart.

Founded by Nathan Finlay in 2020, Connect Homes is the result of over 30 years of building experience and a drive to do things differently. That depth of hands-on knowledge brought us here—to a company built around doing what we do best: designing and building bold, well-crafted homes with purpose. We’re here to shake up the building industry, leading every project with a clear vision, sharp detailing, and a commitment to creating spaces that genuinely stand out.
