Connect Homes is not your average house building company. Established in 2020 by Nathan Finlay, Connect Homes was created as a result of his more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry. Inspired to innovate the traditional building process, Nathan sought to construct homes that are distinct and unique, using New Zealand made products to get Kiwis into even better homes, even faster.

These architecturally crafted homes are characterized by their use of premium materials and feature innovative New Zealand-manufactured structurally insulated panels (SIP). They offer a faster, smarter and warmer solution to insulation. With manufactured productivity, the building process is streamlined, requiring no weather delays or unnecessary waiting period setbacks. The PIR foam insert is specifically designed to be non-combustible and is incredibly climate resistant, meaning the homes retain heat extremely well and reflects heat coming in during the warmer months.
